Hi! My name is Danielle and I am a Mother, a Powerlifting enthusiast, and a spoonie. I have Behçets Disease, Fibromyalgia, SLE, Reynauds, Ehlers-Danlos, and Trigeminal Neuralgia. Through food, fitness and love, I am finding ways to thrive through it all and keep my spoons polished!
